About the wine
BOLLE Blanc de Blancs is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from 80% Chardonnay & 20% Silvaner. It is twice-fermented & under 0.5% ABV. Our winemaking page explains both fermentations.

Blanc de Blancs works from the first toast to the cheese board. Serve it well chilled. With food, try it with seared scallops, goat’s cheese & pear tartlets, or roast chicken with lemon & herbs. It suits anyone hosting or skipping alcohol this year, so the whole table can raise the same glass.
For presents, the 375ml half bottle fits a stocking or a place setting, & a full bottle can join a mixed case of 6 with Build a Case.
