BOLLE at M&S prize draw

This promotion is run by BOLLE Drinks. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Marks & Spencer plc. M&S has no responsibility for the promotion or for the prize.

1. The promoter

Bolle Drinks Limited, 4 Winsley Street, London W1W 8HF ("we", "us", "BOLLE").

2. Who can enter

1. Open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. Employees of Bolle Drinks Limited, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.
3. We may ask a winner for proof of age and residence before releasing the prize.

3. How to enter

1. Entries open at 00:01 on 24 September 2026 and close at 23:59 on 31 October 2026. Entries received outside that window are not counted.
2. Enter by submitting your email address on the entry form at bolledrinks.co.uk/pages/bolle-at-marks-and-spencer.
3. No purchase is necessary and buying BOLLE does not improve your chance of winning.
4. You do not have to agree to receive marketing emails in order to enter. Marketing consent is a separate, optional tick box and has no bearing on the draw.
5. One entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address are removed before the draw, and the first entry stands.
6. Entries made by automated means, by an agent, or in bulk are void.
7. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for reasons outside our control.

4. The prize

1. One winner will receive a single Marks & Spencer gift card to the value of £100.
2. The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
3. The gift card is subject to M&S's own terms of use, including its expiry date. We have no control over those terms.
4. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. The draw

1. The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. The draw will be supervised by an independent person.
2. We will contact the winner by email at the address they entered with, within 7 days of the draw.
3. The winner must reply within 14 days of that email. If they do not, we may withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.
4. The prize will be sent by email or post within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.
5. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The winner's name

We will publish the winner's first name and county (for example, "Sarah, Kent") on request, and will send it to anyone who emails hello@bolledrinks.com within one month of the closing date. If you win and you object to even this being published, tell us when you accept the prize and we will agree an alternative with you.

7. Your data

1. Bolle Drinks Limited is the data controller for the personal data you give us when you enter.
2. We use your email address, and your postcode if you give it, to run the draw, to contact the winner, and to tell you when we are tasting near you if you have asked us to.
3. Our lawful basis for processing entry data is legitimate interests, namely running and administering this promotion. Where you have ticked the marketing box, our lawful basis for sending you marketing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
4. Entry data is held in HubSpot, our customer relationship system.
5. We delete the entry data of everyone who has not opted in to marketing within 90 days of the draw, except where we need to keep the winner's details for our own records.
6. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
7. Our full privacy policy explains your rights, including your right to access, correct and erase your data, and how to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

8. General

1. By entering, you accept these terms.
2. We may cancel or amend this promotion, or these terms, where circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. We will publish any change on this page.
3. We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe breaches these terms or is made in bad faith.
4. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
5. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
