Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original, resalable condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us at info@bolledrinks.com within 7 days with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change of Mind Returns

For unopened products in original packaging, contact us at info@bolledrinks.com within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a full product refund within 5-7 business days.

UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty goods. If your product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
